I made a set of Christmas tags and packaged them in a window tin. The base of the tags is a white shipping tag I got at Joann's some time ago. I used some new Echo Park holiday paper, stamping once onto the paper and again onto white so I could paper piece the white body. Snowmen are easy to color, it just took a few colors of markers and some black glaze pen over the coal eyes and buttons. All the edges were sponged before I added strips of blue velvet ribbon.
I suppose these could even be added to a card but I plan to use them on my gifts this Christmas.
That's it for me. Thanks for visiting!

Love this set, Tracy! The coloring and the patterned papers are perfect together.
ReplyDeleteisn't that just the cutest tag and tin set?! oh my goodness, I love it! :) the colors are great!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute tag, Tracy! I love the "folksy" look of the snowman!
ReplyDeletevery cute tags, Tracy! You have given me an idea! I used to make lots of tags at Christmas time but haven't done them the past few years. This year I wanted to make some again and the tin that I keep them in is pretty small. I might need to decorate a larger tin. ;) That would serve as a motivation to get my tags done, right?
ReplyDeleteTags seem to be the "in" thing right now! I love yours! What a great gift to give to someone. I'll have to remember this when I do my Secret Angel exchange this year! Lovely gift set, Tracy!
