Conversation Hearts

This is another card that I sent into Stampin' Up! last month. The heart from Like it a Latte reminded me of those conversation hearts you can buy this time of year. Several of the words from Fancy Flexible Phrases fit into the heart and I used the Stamp a Ma Jig to center them. The colors didn't photograph right but they are lovely lilac, apricot appeal and regal rose. The cup was stamped in lovely lilac craft and embossed with clear EP. It is cut out and mounted on dimensionals. I stamped the "love you" stamp from FFP repeatedly to create the background behind the cup and all the hearts in the cup are cut out and some are on dimensionals. I used white eyelets to anchor the corners. It is hard to tell but the bottom right corner has the word "always" on a Word Window punch and the lovely lilac heart with "love" is on a dimensional. In person it doesn't seem nearly as busy but I thought I would share it anyway. It was a fun card to make.
Happy stampin'!!

I absolutely LOVE this card! Most cards I've seen with this set have the same colors (not that that's bad), but yours is really eye-catching and different! I think I'll have to CASE it! Also, thanks for answering my question about your background stamps. The only two I don't have are Ephemera and Wild Hearts, but it looks like Wild Hearts might be on its way soon too - thanks to you!!

Love it! The colors are fun and a nice change from the typical red and pink valentine. Hope your day is as happy as this card.
