Butterfly ATC's

I signed up for 2 ATC swaps because apparently I have forgotten I am moving and have no time, LOL!! In a spurt last week I tackled them both and they went in the mail on Friday. I will post the other one tomorrow. This one is by far the more involved one of the two and I wish the photo would capture the detail better. I used just a portion of the butterfly stamp I have from the Artful Stamper. I used pale plum and elegant eggplant to color in the wings. The body and the spots are done with a gold leafing pen and the inner accents are a purple glaze pen. The leaves are colored with mellow moss and handsome hunter. I punched it out with the mega scallop punch and layered it with a scallop punch of eggplant. I pierced holes in the eggplant layer and used my gold pen to create the look of mini gold eyelets. The next layer is mellow moss stamped with the Leaves #3 backgrounder from CHF and embossed with Stampendous Emerald Lustre EP. It is such a beautiful color of EP and gives it the look of expensive paper. I added a little bit of gold organdy ribbon before matting onto the final layer of handsome hunter card stock.
Tomorrows ATC is completely different in style so stop in again.

Wow - these are gorgeous! Maybe you need to stamp as if every day is moving day (no - too much stress!) Anyhow you've done a great job with the colors, etc.
