You Make Me Happy

Good Monday morning!!
Our house sold!! One hurdle down. It was a whirlwind of activity, showings and offers. I was so exhausted after the weekend I went to bed early last night to recover. I woke up at 5:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I figured I would go stamp something before the boys had to go to school.
I just got the You Make Me Happy set from the spring mini catalog. Cookiestamper make me do it, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, LOL!! It is a cute set and I am a sucker for flower sets. I covered an On Board chipboard frame with Au Chocolat paper and sanded the edges. The flowers are stamped in regal rose onto vanilla so they would peek out the circles. The chocolate chip centers are on dimensionals. The bottom sentiment is from Circle of Friendship. I matted the frame with regal rose card stock that is stamped with the texture stamp from the set. Rose and cream grosgrain ribbon finish it off.
Not really feeling very talkative this morning so I will leave it at that. Mom and I are driving to Ransomville today so she can see our future church and community. Tomorrow she flies back to Germany so it will be good to spend the day with her.
Blessings on your day!

Oh man! Congratulations to you on selling the house. I am so happy for you!

OK I'm also a little green with envy. We have had ours on the market for 3 months and I am exhausted between chasing 2 little boys and trying to keep things clean for all these showings - I know you know what I mean; they call and say can we come in 3 hours and it's 3 hours of cleaning frenzy and yellin at the kids to leave it put away.

Anyway I am very happy for you to have sold already. YEA!!! God is so good. Blessings to you as you pack and all!
