A Little Birdie...

SU has come out with some great new designer paper this year. I really like this new Cutie Pie paper, it is bright, fresh and just makes me happy. I paired it with the little bird from the Fast and Fun Notes set. When I cut this set I cut all the sentiments off and mounted them onto the end of the stamp for more versatility. I used the Marvvy giga rectangle punch on the white card stock after stamping the bird. I usually find it easier to stamp before punching because I can line it up exactly how I want it. I found that the mega scalloped square punch made the perfect frame if I used 2 of them. The sentiment is from Amuse. I haven't stamped on the inside yet, I figure it could say many different things.

Using the DP makes this a quick and easy card, just what I need lately!
