Wild Wasabi

Stampin' Up is starting to run out of the Wild Wasabi special so if you haven't ordered yours, time is running out. The special was 16 pieces of pre-cut (4 1/2 by 11 1/2), pre-scored wild wasabi textured cardstock for $3.95. We used some last night at host club to make this card. I did trim it down so the card would be 4.25x5.5 but the scoring makes the card shorter in the front. We used a strip of Afternoon Tea DP on the inside so it appears when the card is closed. We used our ink pads to ink up the stamp from Live Your Dreams, a little tricky but it can be done, the chocolate chip centers were done with a marker. Oh how I wish the In Colors came with markers! For the tab on the side we first stamped the "thanks" onto groovy guava and then punched it out. The fit is too tight to punch first.
Pretty straightforward card. I have to say the wild wasabi has grown on me over time, I think the Afternoon Tea paper has helped ;).
Thanks for stopping!

nice card! You know you can make your own In Color markers using the reinkers and blender pens?
