Pop-Up Surprise!

Q&A: I had a question about the cuttlebug card I posted earlier and adding ink to it. I rubbed SU's classic ink pad right onto the inside of the embossing folder before I embossed the card stock. When I was done I rinsed it under water and the ink easily washed off. No harm whatsoever to the embossing folder. I am not sure that would be the case with other inks but dye based inks are okay.
Tonight I am teaching a class on stepped up cards. One of our projects will be this pop-up card. These are such fun cards to make and give. SCS has a great step-by-step tutorial you can find here. This card used the Big Bold Birthday and Hugs and Wishes sets from Stampin'Up.
I am late for work so I will just leave you with the ingredient list and trust you can figure the rest out ;).
Stamps: Big Bold Birthday, Hugs and Wishes
paper: regal rose, very vanilla, close to cocoa
ink: pretty in pink, regal rose, close to cocoa, summer sun marker
other: brads, grosgrain ribbon, dimensionals, Spica glitter pen

Have a wonderful day, thanks for stopping by!
