Happiness is...

swinging on a spring day! Or if you are DH, it is laying in a hammock. Happiness is also stealing a few moments to stamp! Life is definitely too busy when I have to get up at 6:30 to squeeze in a bit of stamping before work. I am soooo not a morning person, lol.

Tangerine Tango is soon to be no more, sigh. I have come to really like that color. But I am also ready to see what colors SU will have for us next and the wait is almost over.
Where I live, it is very flat and since we are close to both Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, the wind howls a lot around here. Any tire swing in our yard would for sure be swaying in the wind. Actually, there are days it would probably become a flying missile! I stamped the word "happiness" from the Warm Words set onto the chocolate chip panel with CC ink, subtle in the photo. The brads are artichoke and the ribbon is pumpkin pie.
I hope you have a wonderful day, thanks for visiting!

I'd like to be swinging on the tire swing!! It looks like fun! (and I had to laugh at your wind comment....I grew up in Wyoming and the wind ALWAYS blows (and not gently)....I could easily see the swing flying with the tumble weeds!!)

Love this sweet yard scene - what a fun motion stamping of your swing - love the colors of the leaves too!

I can hardly believe a new catalog is coming soon. Well, that will be fun! I love how you made the tire swing, and the tree looks like some of its leaves are taking flight, too. We have that same wind here, so close to the beach. I always say, if it was winter, we'd call it a storm.

Hi Tracy~ I read your blog every day but haven't commented. I always enjoy your cards but this one really caught my eye. I love the movement of the tire swing and the leaves-so cute! I too am the wife of a Pastor.

very cute, Tracy! Don't you wish we could go back to the childhood days of swinging in a tire? ;0)
