Happy Mother's Day!

I woke up this morning to a freshly made egg and cheese sandwich prepared by my 12 year old son. Yummy! He makes a great breakfast! One of our parenting goals is that our sons will leave our house knowing their way around a kitchen and how to make a few basic meals. Josh is well on his way.

I also received a beautiful hand made gift from my younger son, a painted flower pot with flower inside. Notice his picture in the center of the flower? My husband spent over an hour in my craft room creating a card for me. He is my biggest fan and I love his effort. My oldest son also gave me an AC Moore gift card. He knows his mama well, doesn't he?
