Hello Song

I was in the mood for something different, more cutesy. I purchased several Pure Innocence Digi images last month and sadly, this is the first use they have gotten. I need more hours in the day and more energy. Don't we all??

I pulled out some of Cosmo Cricket's new Material Girl paper for this one. Speaking of pulling out, half way through stitching around my card, the bobbin ran out of thread--argh! Instead of wasting my paper, I pulled the thread out and just finished "sewing" my card. So it goes sometimes.

I thought the bird was singing a tune so I added a few musical notes with a fine tip marker.

We pick up our boys tonight. Grandma took them for haircuts, it will be nice to them all spruced up. Our boys are almost 12 and 14 and they have reached that stage where I no longer have total say on their hair. We have limits like no hair in the eyes, no mohawks or bleach, lol, but that still leaves a lot of room for creative licence. My youngest had sideburns that would have made Elvis shudder. I am grateful for in-laws who in their gentle way can go places I sometimes can't.

Thanks for stopping by!
