Superduper

It's Monday...again! Nothing superduper about that but I do have a superduper birthday card. I know two special little girls turning 6 in the next two weeks. Having 2 boys myself, creating cards for girls is extra fun. I used Mo Manning digi images for both cards, I'll share the other one later.

This cute image is called Superduper Girl. She totally reminded me of my niece who likes to dress up, though her dress up of choice probably has more to do with tiaras and sparkly dresses.

I punched out one of the cupcakes from the Basic Grey (Nook & Pantry) paper to use as the center of my flower embellishment. I am ever mindful of the sendability (is that even a word?!) of a card, so this will fit nicely into the envelope without the extra postage bulk. I used Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils to color in this image.

I am having a ball coloring these Mo Manning images!

My brother and his oldest son (5) were here for a couple of days to fish this weekend. Of course my oldest was in on the fun. They caught several King Salmon, one of which we enjoyed grilled up for dinner on Friday. It looks like we are in store for some beautiful weather these next few days. I think I will plan some more grilling meals!

Thanks for stopping by!
