Cupcake Wishes

Here is a card I made for a friend's birthday last week. Now that she has it I can post it here. My friend is laying off sugar but I thought a paper cupcake would be safe.

The cutie patootie is Izzy with a Cherry on Top by Stamping Bella. She is super fun to color.

Yes, that is more October Afternoon paper, I simply can't get enough of it! I cut a flower from wool felt using a Sizzix die and dug deep into my brad stash to find this matching one for the center. The sentiment is from a retired SU set and reads "Celebrate one cupcake at a time", it is a bit more legible in person.
