Today is the Day

Shady Tree Studios is open for business! It is exciting when people have a dream and then do what it takes to fulfill it! Today Nancy is seeing part of her dream fulfilled.

I have had a chance to work with a few of the sets being released today. These new sets contain several stamps each so this is only a glimpse of some of what you will find in this release.

My first two samples use the set "Come to Me, Autumn".

This card is 4 1/4" square and would make lovely place cards on the Thanksgiving table. Substitute your guests names for the "thankful" sentiment.

I used one of the stamps to create the background on this clean and simple card. The butterfly is a Sizzix die cut and I stitched it onto my card so the wings could move freely.

This last card uses a stamp from the set called "Autumn Gathers".

I left this one sentiment free and it could certainly be used for a variety of occasions. The kraft panel is embossed with a Cuttlebug 5x7 folder. The bee design is classy enough to work with this card.

The 3 other gals on the DT will have samples to share as well. I hope you will take a moment to visit them.

Thanks for visiting today! We would love to hear what you think about this first release from Shady Tree Studios!

Every one is simply wonderful, Tracy!! your work is beautiful -- I'd name a favorite but I don't think I can!

And now I'm on the lookout for the embossing folder with the bees! I hadn't seen that one!

Thank you Tracy!!
