Sunday Extra

Ahhh, I love Sundays. Usually all that is on our list to do is attend church and relax. It is a good day to catch up and I want to be sure to give you a heads up on a couple things.

Thing 1: On Wednesday, Shady Tree Studios will be having their second release. Nancy is so excited she is giving away the whole release (6 sets) to one lucky winner. Check out her blog for your chance to be that winner.

Thing 2: One of the sets you may recognize if you were a CHF fan. One of my fav's, can you guess which one from this card???

I have several more samples lined up to share with you the next couple of days.

Thing 3: Dog??

Here is the conversation we had around the dinner table about getting another dog.
me: Do we even want another dog?
them: emphatic YES

me: should we wait awhile before looking?
them: yeah, that would be a good idea. (they were still so sad about Daisy)

me: what is "awhile", a month, 6 months, a year?
youngest son: a whole month? that is too long!!

geez, I am so glad I asked for clarification, lol. We discussed shelter dog vs not, puppy vs older dog, breed, color....we covered all the bases. With friends on the look out, it didn't take long for this cutie to come home to the Harp house...

Meet Bailey, our 8 week old black lab. She is full of energy and needs lots of attention ;). But she and we are adjusting quite well. We went with a puppy so we could crate train her, something we were never able to do with Daisy since she was older when we got her. Tonight we are hiring a sitter for her so we can go see Mary Poppins on stage in Buffalo. I totally splurged as MP is one of hubby's all time favorite movies. I can't wait!!

I have a good line up of posts for this week, hope to see you again soon!

Bailey is a doll, Tracy!! And I'm seeing about getting tickets to MP in Detroit too! It was the first movie I went to in a theater. Have fun!

Your card is adorable -- I love it with the frame!! I need to start experimenting with my frame stamps from Waltzingmouse!

What a cutie! I'm in CA right now and my godson has a fairly new puppy. You're right about the training.

Bailey is BEAUTIFUL!!!---and so is your card, of course. Ha ha! Puppies are so much trouble, but so darn cute at the same time. Good luck with the training!
