Heavy Cream & Sugar

Happy Veterans Day! The boys and I have the day off, wahooo!

So, what could be simpler than yesterday's cards? I know, you hardly thought it possible. Check out these fun and cute cards for Christmas...

It all started when I bought some new Jillibean soup cardstock at my LSS. A whole sheet of kraft with these adorable snowmen all over, how could I resist? I couldn't. And then I couldn't bear to cover it up! So I made the paper the star of my cards. I used 2 different designs from Jillibean's Christmas Chestnut Soup on Kraft collection. I love how this company names their stuff, the two patterns that I used are called Heavy Cream (snowmen) and White Sugar (the red/white stripe). Isn't that a hoot?

I added some white ink around the edges, tied a bit of brown ribbon and added a sentiment. That was it. I got 6 cards from the one sheet of Heavy Cream. Silly me only bought one sheet of 4 designs. The hoarder in me is starting to sweat now that the one sheet is gone, lol.

If you totally love those snowmen, then you will love knowing that Unity Stamps has teamed with Jillibean and now carries stamps to match. Totally fun and awesome!! They are on my want list for sure!

That's it for me today, I have plans for the boys and I. Thanks for stopping by!
