Doodle That!

I am lovin' these doodle sets in the spring mini catalog!! This card uses all 4 of the images in the Doodle That set as well as the Petals and Paisleys double sided designer paper. Isn't is just fun?!! I used a piece of chipboard and brayered old olive ink over it until I got full coverage, I then used an OO marker on all the edges to finish it off. I used the chipboard as a template for where to stamp the doodles. They are on shimmer paper (I am on a bit of a shimmer paper kick lately!) and colored with markers as well as an aquapainter and ink. The card base is 5 1/4" cool caribbean with some taken with teal and the DP. I used the new Round Tab Punch for the so saffron tab and attached it using OO brads. I used my Crop-o-Dile to punch through the chipboard for the brads. The sentiment on the tab reads "Hi There" from the Fancy Flexible Phrases set. The frame is up on dimensionals so I was able to slide several pieces of ribbon through on the left side.
I hope this card brings cheer to your day!!

This is adorable! I love the colors and layout. I wish On Board came with more of those frames. You've got me thinking about all the little stamps I have that would fit perfectly! TFS!

Wow. You are really good! I just found your site today (off of Debbie Olson's) but I think it's going on my faves!

I was getting ready to comment on yesterday's beautiful blue card and this card popped up on my screen. They are both gorgeous! I am glad you are out of the blahs.
