Natural Beauty

My brother and his family were up for the weekend so they could join us for my husbands 40th birthday party on Saturday night. Ever heard of butt charades?? Welcome to the twisted mind of a youth worker. You have to act out or spell something using your rear end!! Totally hysterical!! We had a great time. My sister in law and I spent several hours yesterday stamping and that was wonderful. We did several one sheet wonders and got a nice stack for our card stashes.
This was a card I worked on last night. I wanted to play with my CHF Weave background some more and thought blush blossom was a nice color to try. I stamped it in creamy caramel and it looks like a lovely piece of linen. This background makes your paper look like Bazzil textured card stock at first glance. The card stock used is very vanilla, blush blossom, ruby red, chocolate chip and watercolor paper. The flower from Natural beauty is stamped in Timber Brown Stazon and is water colored in with blush, coral cameo and ruby red ink. I used creamy caramel ink around the outside of the flowers. "Bonjour" is from the Carte Postal set and is set behind a piece of aged copper Hodge Podge hardware. The chocolate button in American Crafts.
Thanks for stopping by!
