Next Batter Up...Debbie

Today's card is made by Debbie Seyer and her blog is A Peek Into My Stamping Room. I love the cheeriness of her card with the Petals & Paisley DP. She used the Doodle That set and colored it in with markers. The flower is up on a dimensional. I like the off set squares. It didn't say on her recipe but I think she used the corner rounder punch for the scalloped edges. She and Ana both layered with white card stock, something I need to remember, I never think to layer a neutral. Check her site out for cute samples.

DH's interview yesterday went well. We hope to know in a couple of weeks if they will offer him the position. We continue to pursue other options in case. I am at the point...deep breath... of needing to think about getting a full time job of my own. I have been at home for almost 11 years now. I have worked part time jobs and done daycare in my home but it has been a long time since I was out in the workforce full time. I have so enjoyed being home for my boys but financially it is becoming too difficult. I am so selfish, all I can think of is how it will affect my stamping time, LOL!!! I have a bit of time still as I need to be home this summer for the boys but come September, who knows?
All this family stuff has kept me from stamping much this past week so having these blogger swaps to share is great. I did complete 22 ATC's for a SCS gathering in May but can't show them yet. I also think I have my shoebox project designed for the event. These kinda things hang over my head even though it is weeks away. I have three SU orders coming today with some new stuff I hope to show you soon. (Host club ladies--if you are reading this your order is in and I will pack it up ASAP and get it out to you!!)
Blessings on your Wednesday!

Hi Tracy ~~ I just found your blog yesterday & have been reading up. In fact, be watching your mailbox in the next few days :) Sending you & your family good job vibes......I'm in the same boat as you. Well, my dh has a job, however I've been a SAHM for almost 9 years, & also have been thinking of ::gasp:: going back to work. My kids are only 8 & almost 5, so daycare would still be an issue for us ~~ ugh. I'm currently babysitting also, but may need to get a "grownup" job, lol!!!

Keep posting your beautimous work, it's very inspiring!!
