Sketch Challenge

Splitcoast is experiencing some gallery issues today so I am unable to upload my card for yesterdays sketch challenge. So, I will share it with you!
I am still experimenting with new In Color color combos. This card used groovy guava for a card base. I stamped it with GG ink and CHF's Weave background. The dotted paper is from Au Chocolat designer pack. I stamped the very vanilla panel with the coffee and foam stamps in the Like it A Latte set using chocolate chip craft ink and then embossed it with clear EP. To mimic the polka dots I used the CHF Polka Dot background, stamping off the first layer of GG ink. I added liquid applique for the foam. It has a thin mat of chocolate chip and then another mat of sky blue. The blue gives it a more whimsical effect to go along with the polka dots. The stamped panel has brown mini brads in the corners and is up on dimensionals. The "what's brewing" sentiment is from Amuse. I am really hoping this Latte set makes it into the next catty, I guess we'll know soon.
Blessings!!!

I love this card! Those colors are right up my alley! Where can I purchase some of that liquid applique that you used for the foam? TFS

Great colors! I would have never thought up that combo, but it looks really nice! The weave background makes the paper look like real textured paper!

Love the way the polka dot paper draws focus to the cool image (love that foam!) - ingenious! :)

P.S. Love your blog, and hope it's okay that I linked here from my blog. Let me know if that's not cool! Thanks
