My husband is officiating a wedding today for a young couple at our church. We have both been invited to the reception afterwards. Last night we went to the rehearsal dinner and had a lovely time.
For a gift I decided to stamp on their wedding invitation. It was a lovely white invitation with just a small pearlized accent around the edges. I called to find out the wedding colors and when I heard pink I knew Roses In Winter was my stamp set of choice. I Inked up the various layers in pretty in pink and rolled the edges in regal rose. I did the twist method to soften the edges. The leaves are done in certainly celery. I purchased a silver frame with hearts that has small crystal accents on each heart. In the photo the frame is inside the black lined box it came in. Of course I had to make a card to match! I used the hearts Cuttlebug embossing folder on silver card stock to mimic the frame. I did add some stardust Stickles to the roses on the card for some extra shimmer. There is narrow pink organdy ribbon tied around with a silver heart charm added to it. I think as long as I stamp I shall never part with my RIW set!!
It is time to get dressed for the wedding. Have a wonderful day!!

What a beautiful and thoughtful wedding gift. They will love it.
What a beautiful gift and keepsake. I recently purchased cuttlebug embossing folders and didn't think I wanted the hearts. I now want that folder to try your gorgeous card for the next wedding we go to. Thanks for sharing with us Ann AKA wantitall
