I finally tackled one of the projects I had bookmarked from July. It was the project of the month over at the Cat's Pajamas, which you can find here. I own several of the Land's End totes so this project was high on my list. Carole did a great job with her tutorial but I will say that it tried my patience. I know I screwed up at least twice and in the end the bottom didn't turn out flat or square. A big problem for a type A like myself, lol. Don't expect to do this in a half hour. But I still like the finished product. The size is very handy and will fit a good amount of stuff.
My designer paper is from Bo Bunny...love this stuff! I added chocolate chip to go with a more fall like palette. The embellishment is a couple of Sizzix die cut daisies that I stacked and adhered with a large brown brad. The blue label die is only adhered on 3 sides to create a pocket for a tag later.
Not sure if I will have a post tomorrow but for sure on Thursday when it is once again time for the Dirty Dozen challenge.
