Now that the Spring Fest is over, I can share some swap projects with you. We had all kinds of swaps that you could sign up for but I knew my time was limited so I only signed up for 2. One was the ATC swap. I used CHF's Bicycle Life set and the Newspaper Ads scrapblock on my sample.

I also participated in a 3-D swap and can you believe I forgot to photograph it? I made those wool felt rose pins to swap, I hope they liked them even with no stamping ;).
My SIL and I worked on her samples together.
This is what we came up with for her shoebox swap.

Isn't it A-dorable? She wanted a clear card so we used CHF's clear cardstock, it is nice and thick, making it perfect for a clear card base. The fish bowl idea is all Julie Ebersole, I love how Julie's mind works, she is supah clever! The bowl uses an Amuse clear epoxy sticker that you cut the top off of. In person the domed, hard surface is so fun! The finished size of the card is 4.25" square and uses a little Spellbinder action, a little Cuttlebug embossing and some party paper. The stamp and sentiment are from an old SU SAB set. We're talking 4 or more years old but it's a keeper.
Did you catch the wooden black holding up the card? Those are the blocks hubby made for everyone at Spring Fest. Yes. One hundred blocks, cut, sanded and waxed to a smooth finish. Talk about a keeper! The husband that is, lol.
After seeing the recipe card swaps I was wishing I had done those too. There were some really well done designs! Oh well, maybe if I start now I can be in more swaps next year.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Hi Tracy, glad to hear surgery went so well, what a cute card with the bike! Love the brad in the middle of the spokes. Blessings to you, Rea
Loved this ATC and it got my 9 yr olds' vote for "best of the bunch" (after my happy meter of course, lol).
