I am using up supplies, this time another gable box. On a trip to Cleveland more than 2 years ago we stopped by some paper store and I bought a stack of different items. It is time they got used. The box actually came about after my elements were too large for a card. I had this idea that I was determined to see through!
The image is from Stampavie, called "In the park" by Gillian Roberts. The tree is a Sizzix XL pop-up die but I only used part of it. I embossed the green tree top with a polka dot folder and added some blooms for color. The rolling hills are just hand cut, sponged and sewn on.
We went to the park last night in an attempt to soak up as much as we can of summer vacation. The boys are down to just two weeks before school starts. Then the routine starts back up. And with any luck, cooler fall days!

awesome Tracy! love what you've created here!!! I used a Cricut tree awhile back w/a CC Designs gal swinging... just brings back a piece of my childhood...just like coloring does! lol TFS! oh, this could be really fun for Autumn too!!!!
