with a Poppin' Pastels card. I have spent much of my stamping time this week preparing for upcoming classes and workshops. At one of the classes, I teach a new technique every time we meet. I have them do a technique card to keep for reference and then we make a full sized card as well. Poppin' Pastels is one of those techniques I learned early on and often forget to use it. It's a shame really, it makes beautiful cards. I also love that you can have so many colors at your disposal for a minimal amount of money. My chalks were a real dollar stretcher when I first started stamping! SU's new set, Inspired by Nature is a perfect stamp for this technique. Here I used summer sun, chocolate chip and old olive chalks over the Versamark. The sentiment is from Circle of Friendship.
Tomorrow is the 20th and that means time again for a Dirty Dozen challenge. Check back in to see what I came up with. This month's challenge was a doozy!
